If you register or purchase a plan, we may collect account identifiers (e.g., email, Discord user/server IDs), plan tier, trial status, and payment references from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Operational Logs

To keep nodes reliable and secure we may log: IP addresses, timestamps, request/response metadata, node/region, plugin name, error codes, and usage counters (e.g., player starts, uptime). We do not store or cache third‑party media content.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session continuity and basic analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Services (including troubleshooting and analytics).
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Bill for paid plans and administer trials.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and respond to valid reports.

Third‑Party Services

We use hosting and network providers (e.g., HostVenom LLC — Chicago, Hetzner — Finland, and a Singapore region) and may use payment and analytics vendors. These processors handle data on our behalf under contracts. We do not control third‑party media platforms that your bot or plugins access.

Plugins and Supported Sources

Our Services can be used with third‑party or community plugins to access supported sources. We do not operate or endorse those platforms. We do not directly stream media from the listed sources and we do not cache their content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to access and transmit any audio requested by your bot.

Data Retention

• Operational logs: typically 30–90 days, unless retained for investigations or legal reasons.
• Account and billing data: retained while your account is active and as required by law.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (isolation per region, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the USA, Finland, Singapore, or other locations where we or our providers operate. By using the Services you consent to cross‑border transfers as permitted by applicable law.
